The Pan-Asian Fellowship warmly invites you to our October Gathering

Come experience Tai Chi as a gentle and contemplative practice—an embodied prayer that connects body, mind, and spirit. Led in a spirit of peace and community, this session is open to all, regardless of experience.

We’ll reflect, move, and breathe together—grounded in God’s presence and the fellowship of one another. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a heart open to grace.

Lunch in the Dining Room at 1 p.m.

Tai Chi in the Sunday School Room at 1:30 p.m.
